back pain healing back lower back pain chronic pain sexy back trainer course certification course fitness trainer specialist INTERVIEW WITH THE SEXY BACK PATIENTS ANY OTHER COMMENTS? Ya, what he didn't tell me is that what he gave me came from Sexy Back. Now that I've read the book I understand the program well enough that I can help others with back pain (aka get laid?) WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM? Chronic low back pain - football. Oh and not getting laid enough - that's counts as a problem right? HOW HAS SEXY BACK HELPED YOU? Well, first off, Dr. Rice designed my workout program & told me what NOT to do. Then he gave me these exercises from his book ... I stuck to them for a week & my pain was literally gone! AHMAD | TORONTO, CANADA HOW CAN DR. RICE HELP YOU? Oh dear, he's helped me with so many of my kinks (winks). But I think the best treatment of all was for that creaky back of mine. Not a sexy scene. WAS HE GENTLE WITH YOU? He's got very strong hands. Dr. Rice gave me these exercises to do every day. He had funny names for them like pussy & grinding. I can say that right? They were very funny don't you think? The exercises got rid of my pain, my posture is so much better now & I'm much more independent & active now...I pussy & grind every day. WHAT'S YOUR NEXT MOVE? Find myself a bridge partner to play with 'winky wink' (winks again) . QUEEN LAURA | BRAVE WARRIOR 2005 TORONTO, CANADA He was very sneaky about it with me. After I learned why I had pain & how I was to correct my posture with these tricks of his, then came the exercises. First thing you know, I learned how to have sex to loosen up my back, prevent pain recurrences & build some back power. Go figure. I LIKE THAT...FUCKING YOUR WAY TO WELLNESS! Thanks. I just made that up. Truth be told, it's helped my confidence in bed, has given me a reason to get intimate with my wife more often than she wants & now that I've read Sexy Back I know the do's & don't of our favourite positions together. YOU HAD A PROBLEM WITH YOUR BACK? For years ~ Until Dr. Rice introduced me to his Sexy Back program. He called it Sex & the Single Spine back when I first became his patient. YOU WERE SINGLE WITH A BAD BACK? Heck ya but I'm married now with 2 kids. I was amused how he connected sex as the therapy of choice for a cure. 'Fucking your way to wellness' I used to say. YOU DIDN'T BELIEVE HIM? Hell no who would? But if you know him you'd know that he's not just a doctor he's very creative & artistic so only he could pull something like this off that's for sure. BILL | THE MARKETING PROFESSIONAL NEW YORK NY, USA WHAT'S YOUR STORY? YOU A PATIENT OR SEXPERT TRAINER? Oh I was in a car accident in 2008 so definately a patient. Dr. Rice found that my x-rays showed I had an instability in my back. That means that my ligaments are damaged permanently. YOU'RE PERMANENTLY DAMAGED? Ya but it doesn't mean I have to be in pain. Dr. Rice's Sexy Back program has tought me how to protect my back. Gosh I had daily pain, couldn't work, my boyfriend & I were fighting all the time. It was hell & I was in a downward spiral. One thing I should add too is that I can enjoy my time (sex) with my boyfriend because I know how to move to keep my back strong. YOU'RE A CHANGED WOMAN? I feel sexy, I have no pain, I can have hot sex with my boyfriend & I'm back at work...so ya! JOANNE | FORMER TORONTO, CANADA NOW ATLANTA, USA So Thank You Dr. Rice WHAT'S THE DEAL BETWEEN YOU TOO? HIM You know what they say...the couple that fucks to keep their backs out of pain stays together. YOU TWO ARE SERIOUSLY THE BEST TESTIMONIALS EVER! SHE (Laughs) Mr. Engineer with a bad back needs his personal therapist to keep him in shape. DOES HE MAKE YOU WEAR A NURSE OUTFIT? He's very verbal with his instructions so I learned fast. Now I'm his sex trainer. LISA & LUKA | MARRIED NO KIDS (YET) TORONTO, CANADA SO YOU BY SUGAR NOT MARIA? Only when I'm at work. In the daytime I'm Maria. SO YOU TABLE DANCED FOR DR. RICE? (Laughs) It's the opposite I lied down on his table & he danced for me (meaning treated) As a dancer, I had a lot of low back pain. He insisted I follow his Sexy Back program. I'm very fit, obviously, but my program like most people was my backbone & disc. The program was hot. I use the moves at work now too. SUGAR (PM) AKA MARIA (AM) | BRASS RAIL CORPORATE SERVICE TORONTO, CANADA YOU LOOK LIKE A SEXY BACK SEXPERT? Oh really? Thanks that's a compliment. WHAT'S YOUR SEXY BACK STORY? My osteopath gave me Dr. Rice's book because I was complaining that I had trouble having sex because of chronic back pain & sciatica. I read the book in one night day. Couldn't put it down. Funny, educational, real, you can really hear Dr. Rice's voice in his writing. Enough about d Dr. Rice how did Sexy Back help you. The sexercises are where I started. The book explains it all so well. Every day, on the hour, I would do them. My problem was that sex gave me back pain but the book covers sex to fix back pain. After I learned the rules & how to apply his Torso principles I could enjoy sex in so many different positions. Now that I'm pain free I have sex to keep my back fit. Who knew?
