ABOUT THE ORM GROUP TEAM
DR. MICHEL RICE

DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Dr. Rice works in the capacity of clinic director and consultant with ORM.

Dr. Rice has been a chiropractic practitioner since 1987. His last 12 years involved a specialty with the American Medical Association as a certified examiner of disability and impairment rating. Specifically, Dr. Rice has conducted medical examinations on over 5,000 car accident victims.
​
His role is to coordinate family medicine with legal representation as well as appointed radiologists jointly investigated specialty x-ray tests designed to locate and quantify major injuries in the cervical and lumbar spine.
​
Rice, along with the assistance of his x-ray technical team, continues to expand his investigative and diagnostic work internationally.
Recognizing that their work efforts in going beyond a visual read of x-ray films is key to finding trauma-based spinal instabilities, they work with any radiology facility in the province in order to screen patients at their convenience at a local hospital or community radiology facility.
ABOUT THE ORM GROUP
ACTIVE REHABILITATION HEALTH CARE TEAM
Better Call Doc has two types of specialties extended to fitness professionals.
1) We call our pain therapy team Better Call Doc Pain Therapy Practitioners. They are practitioners certified by an extensive post-graduate specialty program. Pain Therapy Practitioners work directly with patients assisting them in the relief and management of their pain (acute, sub-acute and chronic).

2) Trainers who assist patients with active therapy are called Brave Health Active Therapy Fitness Practitioners. This program does not require post graduate certification training with BCD. Rather, it involves a registry process with Dr. Rice. The Brave Health practitioners can work in the fitness environment on an individual or group format. Patients must be under care with Dr. Rice to qualify for active therapy with a Brave Health Active Therapy Fitness Practitioner.
Our therapy practitioner graduates (Pain Therapy and Brave Health Active Therapy) are available for both clinic, fitness, corporate on-site therapy and home care visits.
