Service Description

This is an intro session with Dr. Rice, usually via telephone consult. The purpose of this consult is for Dr. Rice to review your medical history with you & evaluate your condition in order to get you started with your ACTIVE REHABILITATION THERAPY with your fitness practitioner. We must know your history, attain a diagnosis and then set the plan for your treatments for the success of your active rehab at your fitness facility. We also recommend you access some x-rays or MRI/CT/Ultrasound imaging results you've had in the past as well as any medical specialist reports. We can help you with this.

Cancellation Policy

We're sorry but last minute bookings are just not permitted with Better Call Doc. This time was booked just for you. To replace the time slot in a short notice is just not possible with our multi-site automated online bookings. Don't worry, simply find another spot but the fee for a missed appointment FOR TREATMENTS will apply [$35]. In the big picture, don't sweat it. It always works out in the long run. Just make sure you re-book your visit to get the best time that works for your busy schedule.
