We are officially approved as a residential home for shared accommodation by Northern College.
We are equally proud of our new concept of student living in our Canadian residential campus in Northern Ontario.
The residence in the City of Timmins is limited to a few students who will enjoy our safe, modern and innovative study-share concept designed specifically for international students.

AT OUR UNIVERSITY CANADIAN RESIDENCE
Timmins' Polar Sunset residence for International Students is designed to do more than just provide rooms while studying abroad.
Studies show that students who live in spaces that are designed to meet their needs while providing comforts that add a sense of style, togetherness, privilege and security perform better in their academic program.
Our designs specifically attend to these features with the following provisions:

THE MOORHEAD ROOM
Named after a great Irish family, this room is closest to the back door exit and commercial kitchen. It is a shared room.
The Moorhead is approximately 14 feet by 12 feet. Plenty of room for bed, desk, side table and ample room between beds. DIrectly outside the bedroom is the beanbag lounge and student boardroom study area.
THE ROSE ROOM
The room is the middle room between Moorhead & Bob room. It is also a shared room the same size as the Moorhead room.
THE BOB ROOM
This is a single room. It actually is one of our favourite rooms. It contacts two special features. A small door that opens into the boiler room which means more space for the occupant. It also has a sink and small ridge of its own. Three words: cozy, private, lux.
SLEEP . WELL
THE NOBLE ROOM
We are sentimental about this room. This is a room that is completely Noble onto itself. It is separated and isolated by from all other rooms. The room is also directly across two private bathrooms. The room is approximately 7 feet by 15 14 feet long. It also houses a very large executive desk. Are you the executive type?
THE TORONTO ROOM
This is a special single room that was originally designated for Toronto guests to the University and Academy.
The room is approximately 7 feet wide by 12 feet long It has very a cool barn-door style entryway. This room is directly outside the laundry
& kitchenette area as well as the main shower room.

The room is also outside a common area for R&R.

THE ASHOK PILAR ROOM
This is a single room.
We are dedicating this room name to the student who will be welcoming to other international students. The room has two sliding entry doors so when fully opened, it can actually look like it is a part of the Pool Room Lounge
The room is approximately 7 feet by 12 feet long. It's very private yet, very open concept.
THE BOLLYWOOD
SHAHRUKH KHAN ROOM
A room in the making as we are just finishing up our new construction.
We are dedicating this room name to a famous actor who you may know. The space was originally going to be a private theatre room so we figured it's best to dedicate the room to a Bollywood actor for now until we build the theatre room in our planned expansion.
The room is square, approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. I has a unique exposed ceiling that gives it a modern industrial look.

THE BOLLYWOOD
SHAHRUKH KHAN ROOM
A single room in the making as we are just finishing up our new construction.
We are dedicating this room name to a famous female actor who you may also know. The two Bollywood rooms were originally going to be a private theatre room so we figured it's best to dedicate the room to a Bollywood actor for now until we build the theatre room in our planned expansion.
The room is long and narrow. approximately 7 feet by 12 feet long.
